ALL SALES are FINAL ON ALL JEWELRY, UNDERGARMENTS, HAIR ACCESSORIES, HATS, SOCKS AND EYEWEAR. THIS IS FOR HYGENIC PURPOSES AND THERE WILL BE NO EXCEPTIONS ON THESE ITEMS.

Store Credit

All returned items are for STORE CREDIT ONLY, no refunds. Items must be received within 14 business days of receiving the order to get a store credit, No Exceptions.

Anything after that will not be accepted, and you will be responsible for shipping costs to get it back to you. If you choose not to pay shipping charges to get it back to you, your items will be donated to charity after 30 days. Anything that smells of smoke, has stains, animal hair, has been washed/worn, or damaged by you will not be taken back. It must be in its original condition.

If you believe you have received an item with a defect we must be contacted within 3 business days of the date it was delivered to you in order for you to get a replacement. After the 3 business days, there is nothing that we can offer you, No Exceptions.

Once we receive your return, it will be processed within 3-6 business days and at this time you will be issued a store credit through your customer account , in the price of the item or items you sent back minus the shipping charges that were paid to get the items to you.

We are not responsible for the return shipping charges; you will be responsible for that. Please note that all store credits will expire after a year! All denied returns will be donated to charity if not claimed within 30 days.

How should I send my return back ?

Please refer to the return policy above and online to make sure that your return meets the criteria stated.

  • Complete the return form on this page and include it in the box you are returning.
  • Securely repackage the items in the package you received them in.
  • Enclose a copy of the receipt and the completed RETURN FORM.
  • PLEASE NOTE that shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.Return shipping costs are not reimbursed by Turquoise and Tangerine.

EXCHANGES: We do not offer exchanges because we cannot guarantee the size you need will be in stock by the time we get your return back.

How do I change or cancel my order ?
If you need to make any changes to your order, please call 720-839-6164 immediately after making your purchase.Once your order has been processed, we will be unable to modify the contents of your order.We apologize for any inconvenience and will try to do our best to assist you. Orders cannot be cancelled after they have been processed.

How do I know if my order was placed ?
Once you have completed your order, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address associated with your account.
